About
Baylor College of Medicine, in collaboration with the pioneering program Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine® (ELAM) at Drexel University College of Medicine, is organizing a Texas-based Alumnae Regional ELAM program to be held at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston on March 1st and 2nd, 2024. This first-of-its-kind event for the region presents an opportunity to engage with and develop future leaders by connecting with current leaders in healthcare and academic medicine in our region.
The two-day event is designed to engage high-potential future leaders and senior leaders at healthcare and academic medical institutions, including 90+ ELUM program graduates who serve in senior leadership roles throughout Texas and neighboring states.
